tract shall immediately mature and become payable at the option of Halsey
& Griffith, Inc... That, if the said Halsey & Griffith, Inc. shall place
this Contract in the hands of an attorney for collection Purchaser agrees
to pay all costs and expenses of such collection, including a reasonable
attorney~s fee. ~
The title to the said above described property shall remain°in the ~
said Halsey 8c. Griffith, Inc. until the whole amount of t~ie purchase price '
shall ha~?e been paid.
Purchaser agrees that should Purchaser hereafter purchase any goods
from the said Halsey & Gr?ffith, Inc. before the above described goads ;
are paid for in full, that the said HaiSey & Griiii~ri, I~,~;. ;ray app~.y an3r '
subsequent payments that Purchaser may hereafter make onaccount of the ~
said subsequen~ly purchased goods, until they are fully paid for before ~
allowingflirther credit on this account. ~ ?
In the event tnat the property described in this Contract is injured
' or destroyed by fire, or otherwise, the loss shall fall upon the=purchaser
and not upon the said Halsey & Griffith, Inc. and the debt under this Con-
tract shall not be in wise affected or destroyed thereby.
Halsey & Griffith, Inc. shall have the right, at any time, after de- ~
fault in any payment of any installment of the purchase price of the proper- i
ty described herein for a period of five (5) days, by its servants and ~
agents, to enter upon the premises where said property is located and take ~
possession of the same, without legal proces~, and all paymen~s made up to ~
the time of such default shall be c~nsidered and applied as rent for the ~
use of the property,and its depreciation in value. ,
The Accomodation Charge will be Cancelled if paid by ~ 3_3p_6~ i
