consolidated ~nto Note dateti Nnvember l, 19b0 in the amount of $1097.37; and~
WHEREAS, said Mortgage Deed uas recorded in the Office of the ~lerk of
Circuit Court of St. I,ucie ~ounty, Florida on March lb, 1959, in Mortgage Book 15l~,
Pages 179-180, Index No. 73666; and,
WHEREAS, said t~ortgane Beed was assigned to the United States of America in .
connection with a-transaction insured and the loss thereon paid by the Federal
Housing Conunissioner pursuant to the provisions of Title I of the National Hous-
ing Act, as amended, by an Assignment Which ~aas executed on Apri1 2, 1962, and
recorded in the above Office on April ~3, 1962, in Book 31t~ Page 2b7, Index
Ho. 10459$; ~d,
~~iEREAS, the aforesaid Note secured by said Mortgage D~ed has been paid in
full.
NOW, THER~:FORE, in consideration of the foregoing! the undersigneri hereby
satisfies and discharges said Mortgage Deed and,consents and authorizes the
aforesaid ~lerk to satisf~ and discharge same on the records in his Office.
