MORTGAGE MODIFICATIQN AGREEMENT
RE: Real Estate situated in St. Lucie County, Florida,
le~ally described as:

according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 8, page 2~, public records of St. Lucio
County, Florida.
'r~'HE~EAS, HARRIS CONSTRUCTI9N CORPORATION, a Florid~ corpora-
~ion, is tha Owner of a second mortgage encumberi.ng ~he above de-
scribed real property bear~ng date of January 22, 1950, recorded
in Mortgage Book 163, pa~Q 199, St. Lucie C~i~nty, ~'lorida, public
records, securing a promissory note therein described, the same
having a balance due this date in the sum of ~ 1,069.13 ; anc~
W:iEREAS, ~he partie~ hareto for mutual considerat~ons wish
to revise the terms of pe~yment thareof;
THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED ~hat the un~aid balance of' said in-
debtedness upon the date of this Agreement is $ 1,(~69.13 ~ and
that the undersigned hereby promise to pay said amount, with
interQSt at the rate atated below, $J.3.50 per month beginning on
the lOth day of Febru~ry, 1966, to be applied first to interest at
the rate of b.5~ per annum upon the unpaid balance of 9aid indeb~-
edness and the balance to principal~until said indebtedness is
paid in full.
In all other respects said note and mortgage shall remain in
full force and effect, and the undersigned prom~ye ta pay said
indebtedness as herein stated and to perform all. oi' the obliga-
tions of said mortgage as herein ravised.
