changed and modified to read as follotas, to-wit:
One guy wire and anclior easement in Lo~ 150, one guy
wire and anchor easement in Lot 151, and two guy wire
and anchor easements in Lot 152, said lots being a
part of riaravilla Gardens Unit 3, according to the
plat thereof xecorded in Plat Book G~ page 62, St.
Lucie County, Flori.da, being more particularl} described
as follows:
A 5-foot wide guy wire and anchor easement within •
said Lot 152 having a centerline lying 37 £eet north-
erly of Che intersection of the northerly right oi'
way line of the Florida EasC Coast Railway and the
easterly right of way line of O~eander Boulevard, as
m~aG„rPri aloi~~ and ex~ending 3~S.S feet easterl_y at
right angles to said easterly right of way line.
Also, a 5-foot wide guy wire and anchor easement with-
in said Lot 152 having a centerli.ne lying 134.5 feeC
northerly of said intersection as measured along and
extending 22.3 feet easterly at right angles to said
easterly ri~ht of way line, of Oleander Boulevard.
Also, a~-foot wide guy wire and anchor easement with-
in said I~ot 151 ha~?ing a centerline lying 400.5 feet
norCherly of said intersectian as measured along and
extending 62 feeC eas~erly at righC angles Co said
easterly right of way line, of Oleander Boulevard.
Also, a 5--foot wide guy wire and anchor easemenC with-
in said Lot 150 having a centerline lying 662.5 feet
northerly of said in~ersection as measured along
said eas~erly right of way line and along the tangent
of a curve and extending easterly at right angles to
said tangent to a point 7 feet easterly of said east-
erly right of way line, of Oleander Boulevard.
2. That each and every covenant, condition, right, title,
obligation or interesC of either party in the said easement shall remain
~ the same and in full force and effect and binding upon the parties hereto
except as hereinabove modified.
3. That this agreement shall be binding upon and shal.l inure
to the benefiC of the heirs, successors~ executors, admi.nistrators or
assigns of the parties hereto.
