1, So long as the note heteinabove referred to, or anypo rtton thereof~ or any extension or renewal thereof, and
al~o any and allother indebtednessof the Borrowers, or either of the~n~ to said Bank~ whether joint or several~ here-
tofor2 or hereafcer incurred, of 3ny natute whatsoever, shall remain unpaid, either before or afcer the maturity
thereof~ the sai~ f3onowers will do the following things, to-wit:
(a) Pay promptly when due all fire and windstorm insurance premiums~ taxes~ acsessments, dues and charges of
every kind imposed or levted upon their real and persanal property prior to the time when aay s~~ch surns shall
become delinquent or in ~'efault; and
(b) Promptly pay when due any and all sums due and o~ving on any mortgage or other encumbrance on the prop-
etty hereinafter described and will never suffer or permit any mortgage lien or encumbrance thereon to be-
come dellnquent or go into default,
2, The Borrowers a~ree that thzy will not~ without first procuring the consent in v~riting of the said Bank here-
after create or permit any lien or other e~cumbrance to exist on r[heit property, real or personal, now owned or here-
after acqulred by them including, hut not limited to~ the property hereinafter descrtbed.
3, The Borrowers a~ree that they shall not have the privilege, nor will they sell~ transfer, assign, hypothecate, or
in any manner whatever~ dispose of the property, ot ~:~y intetest thetein, owned by them~ including specifically~ but
not ltmited to, the follou~ing real estate situate~ to-wit: (Uescriptton of Property) Beggillirlg a~ ~he

be enforced by foreclosure in the same mannet as a mortg,age may be enforced for default, -
