13. Any and all rights and reservations of the Grantor herein included mzy be transferred or as- ;
signed by the Grantor to a Property Owners Association or sonie corporate or non-corporate organization

15. For the breach of an~• of the above restrictions, the Gr~ntor sh~ll be entitled to apply fQr r~li~f
by injunction in addition t~ an~~ other remedy and failure of the Grantor to enforce a restriction herein
shall not be deemed a warier of a right to do so thereafter as to the same, a prior, or subsequent breach,
and Grantor shall not be held liable for said failure to enforce any restriction herein. . 3
16. All of the co~•enants and restrictions ~hall remain in force uiitil January 1, 1968, and shall be ~
automatically renewed fo? each 5 year period there~fter unless o~vners of at least t«•o-thirds of the lots in ~
the development shall, at ]east six months prior to an~~ such renewal date, agree in ~vriting to a change in
or an abrogation of any of the aUo~~e ~o~~e~i~nts, and recoi•ds such writin~ so ainending the ~foresaid ~
