Lucie County, Florida.
Before the undersignPd authority duly authorized to
take acknowledgments and administer oaths, personally ~
appeared GENEVA G. PLaTT, who after being by me first
duly sworn, upon oath says: That my name is GENEVA G.
PLATT, that affiant is the daughter of J. H. Gigax, also
known as John Henry Gigax and Ol1ie Gigax, his wife; the

said J. H. Gigax, also known as~John Henry Gigax being
one and the same person as the grantee in that certain
Warranty Deed dated February 21, 1925 and filed for record
February 23, 1925 in peed Book 60 at Page 256 of the public
records of St. Lucie Co~anty, ~'lorida, Affiant further
states that at~iant and her brother, John P. Gigax are the
only heirs which survived their said parents, th~ said
Ollie Gigax having died in St. Lucie County on April 29,
1958 and the said John Henry Gigax having died an unre-
married widower on September 22, 1962 in Ta-npa, Florida.
Affiant further states that shortly prior to the death
: of Ollie Gigax, a Court proceeding in St. Lucie County
was had declaring John Henry Gigax legally dead, in view •
of the fact that he had not been heard from for many years.
However, it was not until the death of John Henry Gigax
on September 22, 1962 that your affiant was advised of his
• whereabouts. Affiant further sta~es that her father, J. H.
~ Gigax, also known as John Henry Gigax died without a Will
