13. Any and all rights and reservations of the Grantor herein included may be transterred or as- i

15. For the breach of an~• of the above restrictions, the Gra~itor sh~ll be entitled to ap~~ly~ for relief

shall not be deemed a~vavier of a right to do so thereafter as to the same, a prior, or subsequent breach,
and Grantor shall not be held liable for s~ici failiire to enforce an~~ restriction herein. ;
16. All of the co~•enants and restrictions shall remain in force until January 1, 1968, and shall be
automatically reneti~~ed for each 5}~ear perioci thereafter unless owners of at least t~ro-thirds of the lots in
the de:~elopment shall, at least six months prior to any such rene~val date, agree in «~riting to a chnnge in
or an abrogation of any of the abo~~e co~~enants, and records such writing so amending the aforesaid ~
