mein businesa office at 910 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illfnuis, hereinafter
called Leeeee:

T.essor and Lessee hereby agree that the lease dated the 17th
day of Marr~ , 19~1 , by and be~ween Lessor and Lessee, or their
predecesaors in interest, as the same may have been amended, rene~red and/or
extended, is hereby cancelled effecCive ae of the 31st day of
December , 19 65 , in consideration of the paymenC by Lessee to
Leseor.of the aum of $13,50Q.00 , tne receipt whereof being hereby acknowledged.
In consideration of auch payment Lessor also hereby releases Lessee from any
and all claims and causes of action of whatsoever narure or kind arising out of
or connected in any manner whatsoever with the cccupation of the premises by
Leasee, or the Iandlord-tenant relationship between the partiee hereto as the
same hae heretofare existea. Said lease recorded in Book 12, pages 644 through
645 of the records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
In Witness Whereof, the parties hereto have duly signed these presents
and affixed their respective aeals the day and year first above written.
