This indenture m~de thi.s day of January,
1966, by and between CODY L. BA~LEY and CAROLYN A. BAILEY,
his wife, parties of the £irst part, and CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
party of th~ second p~rt. }

WxTNESS that for and in consideration of the sum of
One ($1.00) Dollar and other va~.uable considerations Faid by
the party of the second part to the parties ot the first part,
the receipt whereof i.s hereby acknowledged, the said parties
of the first part do hereby grant to the said party of the
second part, or its successors, a permanent easernent and right-
ot-way for general sewerage and utility purposes uver and upon
the folloc~ing describ~d property, to-wit:
The South 10 feet of Lot 21, B~ock A, of
the Assessor's map of the City of Fort
Pierce, Florida; '
and
The South 10 feet of the lands described
in that certain Easement from Dothan Richardson
and Irene Richardson, his wife, to Cody L.
Bailey, dated November 9, 1965, and recorded
in Off icial Records Book 130, page 549, of
the Public Records of St, Lucie County, Florida.
