THIS I~IORTGAGE DEED, executed the 29th day ot December, 1965,
by ARMANDE FORGET, a widow and surviving spouse of Conrari Forget~ de-

ceased, ROGER POITR~IS and JANINE C. POITRAS, his wife; LOUIS C. FORGET
and JOAN H. FORGET, his wife, RAYMOND ~LAGACh and PIERRETTE LAGACr., his
wife, and JOHN C. FOKGET and GWEN FORGET, his wife; and GERALD

after called the mortgagees. ~

WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations, and _
also in consideration af the aggregate sum named in the promissory
note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, tYie mortgagors
hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, c~iivey and confirm unto
the mortgagees all the certain land of which the mortgagors are now
seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie Coun~ty, Florida, to wit:
That part of the S2 of the SW~ of Section 33, Township ~
35 South, Range 39 East, lying Easterly an~ Southerly `

of Eleven Mile Creek.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, and the rents, is-
sues and profits thereof, unto the mortgagees, in fee simple.
AND the mortgagors covenant with the mortgagees that the
mortgagors are indefeasibly seiLed of said land in fes simple; that
the mortgagors have good right and lawful author~ty to convey said land
as a~oresaid; that the mortgagors will make such further assur~nces to
perfec~ the fee simple t~tle to said land in the mortgagees as may _
reasonably be requirEd; that the mortgagors hereby fully warrant the
title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims ~
of all persons ~ahomsoever; and that said land is free and clear of
all encumbrances.
PR~OVIDED ALWAYS, that if said mortgagors shall pay unto said
mortgagees the certain promissory note hereinafter substantially
copied or identified, to wit:
