NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the ~
sum of One Dollar by each of the parties to the other in hand paid, ;
and also in cons3.deration of the reciprocal agreements herein, the

l. Lester Boyce promises Philip Levin~ ~o pay to said
P!ilip Levine, his representa~ives or assigns, the sum of $20,000.00
with intere~t at 6/ per annum from November 1, 1965, payable $1.,000.00

3. The terms and conditions of the aforesaid mortgages
except as they may have been modified herein, shall continue in tull
force and effect so long as the aforesaid obligation or any part

4. Philip Levine, for himself,his repres~ntatives and
assigns, hereby agrees that upon payment to him, his representatives ~

; or assigns, the obligation and interest thereon set out in paragraph
#1 above, the aforesaicl mortgages and the obligation secured thereby
; shall be satisfied and canceled of record. ~
