full and complete possession, contirol, custody and ownership oP
tlie premises described in said agreement, as amended, and proceed

to use and ut3.lize said lands as determined by the City Commission
of ~he Ci~y of Fort Pierce, Florida, with the Elks having ten (10)
days from date hereof ~rrithin which to remove any of its personal
property therefrom.
A certified copy of this Resolution shall be recorded in
the public records of St . Lucie Coun~y, Florida, wif;h a. copy to be
also forthwith for~r~arded to the Elks.
This is to certify tha~ this is a true and accurate copy of Resolutior~
No. 66-19 adopted by the City Corrunission of the City of Fort Pierce,
Florida, at the regular meeting of the City Commission held on January
17, 7.960 .
