1. That he is the President of Arnold Enterprises, Inc.,
a Florida corporation, who is the owner of the following described
property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

All of Lot 9 and that poi•tion of Lot 10
lying West of said Lot 9 and South of a
continuation t~ the West of the North
boundary line of said Lot 9 until said
continuation intersects the West bounda~y
line of said Lot 10, all of HQhiE ACRES,
UNIT NO. 2, as per plat recorded in Plat
Book 7, page 2~, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That at one time there was an unrecorded lease on
the said property to William Vargo and Carolyn T. Vargo, his wife,
under tivhich they operated the gasoline filling station on the said
property.
3. That the said lease'has been expired f or many years
and that at the expiration thereof the said William Vargo and ~
Carolyn T. Vargo, his wife, vacated the property, as provided for
under the said lease and that the said William Vargo and (~a,rolyn T.
Vargo, hi~ wife, have no right, title, interest, equity or leasehold
on, in or to the said property and that they are not in and have not
been in actual or constructive possession of the property except under
the terms of the said lease.
4. That they have no possessory right in and to said
~roperty.
5. That all of the above is from this Aff iant's personal
knowledge.
