This Cancellation ~qreem~nt, mac'e this Zith day of December ,
19 65 , by and between Herman P. Rufli & Tina Ruflii his•wife , whose
address is P. 0. Bex 3701. Ft. Pierce, Fla. 33451 , hereinafter
called Lessor, and THE AMERICAN~OIL COMPANY, a Maryland Corporation, with ita
main busfness office at 910 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, hereinafter
called Leasee: `
Witnesaethc
Lessor and Lessee hereby agree thaC the lease dated the 17th
day cf March , 19 61 , by and betiween Lessor and Lessee, or their
predeces~ora in interest, as the same may have been amended, renewed and/or
extended, is hereby cancelled effective as of the 31st day of
A~cembe~ , 19 65 , in considerativn of the payment by Lassee to
Lessor o£ the sum of $13,500.00 , the receipt whereof being hereby acknowledged.
In conaideration of such payment Lessor also hereby releasea Lessee from any
and all claims and causes of action of whatsoever nature or kind arising out of
or connected in any manner whatsoeve.r with the occupation of the premiaes by
Leasee, or the landlord-tenant relationship between the parties hereto as the
: same has heretofore existed. Said lease recorded in OR Book 12, pages 644-645,
and OR Book 123, pages 420-423 of the records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
