EXECUTOR`S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this day of January, 1966,
between STANLEY A. YODERS, as Executor of tlie Estate of Inez
H. Yoders, deceased, GRANTOR, and ZELNITH Y. MOR.RIS, whase
mailing address i~: 2015 Laurel Drive, Coraopolis, Pennsyl-
vania, GRANTEE:
WITNESSETH: That,
Wt-t~:~AS, Inez H. Yo~er~, la~e of the City of Fort
Pierce in the County of Sz. Lucie, State of Florida, deceased,
in her lifet ime made and executed heY Last ~9i11 and Testament
dated April 27, 1962, whereby, among o~her things, she con-
stituted and appointed Stanley A, Yoders as Executor of her
Last Will and Testament and did thereby empower said Executor
to se~l or otherwise dispose of any of decedent's property;
Gaid Will was admitted to probate on the 28th day of October,
1965, by the County Judge's Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida; and,
NOP7, THEREFORE, the said Grantor, by virtue o~ the power
and authority given to him in and by said Last Will and Testa-
ment, and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other goo~ and valuable considerations, does hereby, grant,
. bargain, sell and convey unto the said Zelnith Y. Morris and
her assigns forever, all the real estate being in St. Lucie
County, State of Florida, described as follows:
The West 34 feet of Lot ].6 and the East 36
feet of Lot 17, of DE FINA SUIIDIVISION, as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10,
at page 53, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Together with furniture and furnishings located
- therein.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME together with a11 the here-
ditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise ap-
pertaining, and all the estate rigl~t, title, interest, claim
and demand whatsoever which the said decedent had at the time
of her death to the said Grantee and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has executed this
Deed, the day and year first above written.
