In the event that the property described in this Contract is injured
or destroyed by fire, or otherwise, the loss shall fall upor~ the purchaser
and not upon the said Halsey & Griffith, Inc, and the debt under this Con-
tract shall not be in wise affected or destroyed thereby.
Halsey & Griffith, Inc. shall have the right, at any time, after de-
fault in any payment of any installment of the purchase price of the proper-
ty described herein for a period of five (5) days, by its servants and
agents, to enter upon the premises where said property is locateci and take
possession of the same, tivithout legal process, and all payments made up to
the time of such default shall be considered and applied as rent for the
use of the property,and its depreciation in value.
The Accomodation Charge will be Cancelled if paid by Apr. IU, iy66
