18. Any egreement hereafter msde by MortgaEgor and Diortgagee purauant to this mortgage shall be superior to the rights of
the holdpr ot any intervening lien or enoumbranoe.
19. Mortgagor hereby waives all right of homestead exemption in the property subjeot to this mortgage.
20. The covene~nts and agreements herein oontained shall bind and the bene8ta and advantages ahsll inure to the respea-
tive heirs, exsoutore, edminieEratora, suc~cessora and assigns of the patties herato. Wherever used, the aingu18r number shall
inalude t~he plural, the plural the singular, and Lhe use of any gender shall be applioable to all genden. All oovenants, agree-
