MORTGAGE TO SECURE BONDS
This mortgage made the 27th day of December, A. D., (965, by the
Qranc~~ Avenue Bapfiist Church, (ncorporated, of the city of Fort Pierce, state
' of Fiorida, party of the first part, hereinafter called the mortgagor, unto
Preferred Research Associates of the city of Orlando, county of Orange, state of
Florida, trustee for those holding the obligatior~ secured by this instrument, party of
the second part, hereinafter cal led the mortgagee.
Property Mortgaged
WITNESSETH: That said mortgagor in cons;deration of the sum of
~ifty Thousand and No/!00 Dollars ($50,000), the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, and for the purpose of securing the repayment of said sums with interest,
as hereinafter provided, and the performance of the covenants hereinafter contained,
hereby mortgages and warrants unto the said mortgagee, assigns or successors in this
trust, and their successors, the lands, premises and ~+roperty situated in the city of
Ffi. Pierce, caunty of St. Lucie and state of rlorida, described as follo~vs:

to said mortgagor, and situated on the above described premises, and all that
may hereafter be put thereon ar attached thereto in any way or form,
Co~ditions Payment af Bonds
Provided always, and these presents are upon the express condition,
that whereas the said Orange Avenue Baptist Church, Inc., mortgagor, has executed
bonds of fhe denominations of One Thousand Do!lars ($I,OQO), Five Hundred Dollars
(5500), and One Hundred Dollars ($100), each wi th coupons for the semi-annual
interest thereon at the rate of six per ~ent per annum, bearing even date herewith and de-
(ivered the same to the mortgagee,the principal sum of which said bands is payable
in accordance with the foflowing schedule to wit;
and the interest thereon is payable on the fifteenth clay of January and Ju(y in each '
and every year hereafter until the said principal sum sha(I be paidaccordiny to the
