SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREENIENT, made the 18tY: clay of October, 1965,
between FLORIDA MATD CITRUS CORPORATION, hereinafter designated as
"Florida Maid", and STRAZZULLA BROTHERS COMPANY, a co-partnership,
hereinafter desic~nated as "Strazzulla Brothers", and DOLORES
