whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Strazzulla Brothers does

Alpern that the said mortgage of June 20, I967., recorded in •
Official Record Book 39, page 291 of the public records of St.

Lucie County, Florida, and owned and reld by Strazzulla Brothers,

shall be and the same is hereby made subject and subordinate in ;

lien to the liens of the said mortgages of Silicote Sales Co.,
Inc., dated Marcl~ 10, 1965 and recorded in Official Record Book i

Z19, page 348, and of Thomas T. Lenk, dated January 19, 1965, and ' k
recorded in Official Record Book 110, p~ge 137, both said
mortgages being recorded in the publ~c records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. .
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the
benefit oL the respective heirs, legal representatiyes, successors
and assigns of the parties hereto. ~
