` by Fort Pierce Bank and Trust Company~ as Trustee~ on
March 22~ 1929; that the said Charles Walter Parvin died
intestate at West Palm Beach~ Palm Beach County~ Florida~
on June 17~ 1947~ being then and theretofore a resident of
said city county and state; that he and she ~~~ere married
on June 2~, 1919, and the~r marital relationship continued
until his death; that this was his only marriage; that
1 he was childless; and that he was survived by her as his
? only heir at law.

the title to said land~ and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
