together with actual and reasonable attorney fees determined by the court in w•hich any suit is filed.
Should foreclosure proceedings be inslituted hereunder, iliortgaRee, w•ithout notice to AiortRa~ors, may make application for and to have a
Teceiver appointed to take possession o[ and manage and control said mortgaged propcrty, pending (oreclosure procecdings, for the purpose of
tenting, preserving or protecting the same and applying lhe net income therefrom to the preser~•ation and protection of the mortgaged progerty and
to the payment of the moztgage indebtedness in such manner as the court may direct.
As to the debt secured hereby and as to the pcrsonal property herein mortgaged, \tortgagors hereby waive homestead exemption, personal
pmperty ezemption and any other exemptien pennitted by law to be Nai~•ed.
