appeared ISAIAH I,UCAS and HELEN M. LUCAS, his wife, and
after being duly sworn deposes ~nd says:
1. That these affian~s were the owners of the
following described properzy, located and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-w3t:
Lot 13 , Block 2, hiAGNOZIA PARK. SU~ll1V 15 iU
according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 9 page 27 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That these affiants are the mortgagees in that
certain mortgage given to Isaiah Zucas and He].en Zucas
his wife, dated December 30th, 1965 and recorded January
13, 1966 in Offzcial Record Bookl36 at page 126 of the
public records ot' St. Zucie County, Florida.
3. That as of the 27th day oi January, 1966 there
is due on said mortgage the principal sum of ~2,915051
t~~ether with interest at the rate of 6.25g~ per annum from
December 30, 1g65, and that therrext payment of ~21.50
referred to in said mortgage and the note the said martgage
secures is due and payable on the 27th day of January, 1966. <

4• That these affiants further state that aZl
prior mort~age payments, ad valorum taxes and insuran ce
are paid to date, except~g therefrom taxes for the 1965.

~ 5• That all improvements presently situated on
the aforesaid property have been completed and paid for in
~full including, but not limited to, all labor and materials -
furnished in connection with said improvements.
6. That this affidavit is made knowing full well
that the St. I,ucie Mortgage Company of F~t Pierce, Florida
is rely~g upon the said affidavit in order to lend money on
the aforesaid mortgage and take an assignment thereof until ~
such loan is re-pai.d to the said St. Zucie Mortgage Company..
7. That further affiants sayet~i not.
