give my (our) consent to General Development C.;rporaiion, a Delaware corporaiion, or such persons f
as it shall designate at such time or times as the above premises shall be vaccmt, to enter upon such ~
premises to perform any ~d all work which it may deem necesscu~y to keep such premises in reason- ;
able appearance cmd repcrir. I, (we) agree such work shall include, but not be limited to minor repairs
or painting to the exterior of the house cmd lawn cmd yard mainteiiance.
I, (we) agree to pay reasonable chcages for all such work performed (such chcages in no case
not to be less thcm the actual cost thereof to GenercYl Development Corporation) within 10 days after ;
submission of a statement in writing of such chcsges, provided, that such work shall not be com- ~
