TOG~THER with tliose certain riglits reserved to tlie
Leonards to connect a levy or levies to any levies
wltich Central and Southern Florida Flao.: Control
District may build in Sections 23, 26 and 35, Township 30
South, Range 35 ~ast as set forth in that certain deed
from W. J. Leonard and Mary Mildred Leon~d, liis
~vife, to Central and Southern Florida Flood Control
District, the same being dated September 20, 1957
and having been recorded October 17, 1957 in Official
Record Book 53, at page 346 et seq. , pu'~lic records
of Br~vard County, Florida.
SUBJECT to reservation for W. J. Leonard and Mary
Mildred Leonard, his ~vife, for themselves and their
heirs and assigns, one- quarter of all oil, gas and o~her
minerals in, under or upon the aUove described land,
This reservation shall not prohibit the then o~vner from
mining limestane or other soil building minerals and
using the same on the above described land.
SUBJECT to that certain purchase money mortgage ~
dated May 31, 1965 from David L. Walker to W. J, ;
Leona~ d and Mary Mildred Leonard, his wi.fe, which ~
mortgage grantees assume and agree to pay.
TOGETHER, tivith all the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
; anees thereto belonging or in any~~,~ise appertaining.
