SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED !
THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, Executed this nine~eenth day of
January, 1966, by ANGUS SUMNER and S. E. SUMNER, his wi~e, {

WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, lawful money of the United ~
States of America, to them in hand paid by the ~~id party of the
second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery ot these nre- ~
sents, the receipt whereof is liereby acknowledged, have granted, ~
bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, 1
and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, ~
convey and con=irm unto the said party of the second part, and his ~
heirs and assigns forever, all the following piece, parcel, or ~
tract of land, situ ate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, ~
State of Florida, and more particularly described as follows: ~
Blocks fifteen and seventeen through twenty-four, inclusive , ~
of Surfside Plaza Unit Number One, as per plat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book 6, Page 46 of the Public Records of St. ~
Lucie County, Florida, except lots eight, nine, and ten of ~
Block fifteen of the above subdivision ;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singu].ar ;
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, ~
and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim ~
whatsoever of the said first parties, eifher in law or equity, to ~
the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second party ~
forever.
And the said parties of the first part, for them and for their
heirs, the above described and hereby granted and released premises, :
and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances, unto the ~
said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, against the ~
said parties of the first part, their heirs and against alI and ~
every person or persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim ~
the same, by through and under the grantors herein, shall and will ~
warrant and by these presents forever defend.
TN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said first parties have signed and
sealed these presents the day and year first above written.
