I{NOW ALL MEN BY THFSE PRESENTS :
That we, RYLAND M. TRAUB and BETTY TRAUB, his
wife, ~itizens of the United States of AmerYCa and of Dade County,
i Florida, do hereby make, appoint and constitute SAM S. THOMAS
of Dade County, Florida, as our attorney in fact to act for us and in

our stead, both in our individual capacities and as husband and ~vife,
in all matters requiring our personal signatures relating to the
partition of that cercain property lying, being and situate in St. Lucie
' County, Florida, to-wit:
~ Blocks 13, 14, 15 and 17 through 24,
; inclusive, of Surfside Plaza, Unit No. Z,
; as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Baok
6, page 46, of the Public Records of St.
~ Lucie County, Florida.

E And to make and execute, in his capacity as attorney in

~ fact for us, any and all documents, including, but not limited to, deeds

of conveyance, necessaxy to convey title in such manner as to effect a
partition of the property and the division of the lots aforesaid, between

~ TRAUB, RYLAND M. TRAUB, ANGUS SUMNER, E. K. SUMNER,

~ and any other person or persons claiming any right, title or interest

+ in and to said property who may participate in the partition thereof

in full satisfaction and accord of said claim.

and in our stead to agree upon and consummate a settlement bet~veen all
parties claiming any right, title or interest in and to said property, and

to make and execute for us and in our behalf any contract necessary as
a basis for the ciivision and partition of said lots or parcels by the ;

respective claimants, and ta do any and all things that would be required
- of us to be done to accomplish the purposes herein expressed, including
the relinquishment of dower interest on the part of BETTY TRAUB,
