by and between CLARE M. STECHER atid the ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, [
Fort Pierce, Florida, as Trustees under the CLARE M. STECHER
REVOCABLE TRUST, dated July 13, 1962, herein~fter called grantor, ~
to WILLIAi~i E. REUTER, 302 Weatherbee Road, Fort Pierce, Florida,
hereinatter called the grantee; ~
(Wherever used herein the tern~s "grantor" and "grantee"
include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, ~
. : legal representatives and assigns of individuals.)

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the ~
sum of EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS ($8,000.00), receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re- ~
mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that ~

certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to~wit: ~

That part of the North 2 of the NE~ of the SW~ of ~
Section 28, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, lying
South of Okeechobee R~ad (State Road No. 70~, less
the West 625 feet thereof. Excepting however rights-of-
way for public roads and drainage canals, if any. ~
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurte- ~

nances thereto belonging or in anywise apper~aining. ~

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
, AND the grantor hereby covenants with the grantee that grantor
I'~ is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the grantor ~
has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of a~l per-- ~
sons claiming by, through or under the said grantor.
TN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantor has caused this deed to be
