offer signed by a bona fide purchaser, and shall, wi~hin
three (3) days after receipt of such ofter, give written
notice to each af the ottier parties hereto of the terms
' thereof. Said parties desiring to purchase the with-
drawing beneficiary's interest shall have the right,
privilege and option, within twenty (20) days after
such written notification, of purchasing all but not
less than all of the withdrawing beneficiary's interest
in the Trust on the terms set. forth in said offer, and
in the proportion which their respective inte~ests in
the Trust bear to Each other. If within twenty (20)
days'after receipt of notice of the terms of such offer,
the remaining beneticiaries, or one of them, have not
signified in writing to the withdrawir?g beneficiary
their election to purchase the entire in~erest of
said beneficiary, but not less than the entire interest, #
