BEING the same tract of land wluch ~vas conveyed by Lake~vood
Park Corporation to Millie Stupar and Anna Stupar, his wife, by deed dated
December 1, 1958, and recorded ui the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, in Deed Book 243, at pages 628 and 629. The said Anna
Stupar died on August 12, 1962, leaving to survive her as tenant by the entireties,
the said Mi;lie Stupar, her husband, grantor heiein. .
