ICNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that EAST COAST
GROCERY COMPANY , a corporation o-rganized and existing under the
laws of tlie State of Florida, the o~vner and holder of that certain final
judgment ;~endered in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit
of Florida in and for St, Lucie County, Florida, in that suit at lativ
bearing Clerk's File No. 1488- L against Gordon Bryant and Marguerite
Bryant, the Defendants named therein, ~s-hich judgment bears date the
16th day of 3uly, 1953, and is recorded in Judgment Lie~1 Book 3, at
page 289, of the public records of St. Lucie Count,y-, Flori~~, in the

Dollars, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1. 00) Dollar
and other valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby release, exonerate and forever discharge
the following described land situate, lying and being in the County of
