A G R E E M E N T
THIS AGREEMENT, made this 28th day of December, 1962,
b~~ and betw~en BLUE GOOSE GROPJERSt INC., hereinafter referred to as
:'O~erating Company", and THE DEUTSCH CO., hereinafter referred to
as "Owner";
W I T N E S S E T H•
WHEREAS, Owner has acquired land, more fully described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference,
hereinafter referred to as "the land", and wishes to develop the
same into a producing citius grove in conjunction F,i*n other
properties being similarly developed; and
WI~REAS, Operating Company is experi~nced in the develop-
ment, cultivation and care of citrus trees and in the harvesting i

and marketing of citrus fruit;
NOWt THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of
the covenants of the parties hereinafter contained, ;
` IT ZS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

That the term of this Agreement shall be for an initia]_

period of five (5) years from the date first hereinabove set forth ;

t and shall thereafter continue in effect from year to year unless ~

terminated by Owner or Operating Company, by written notice, '

~ within the period July 1 to August 31 of any calendar year `
after the termination of the initial f ive-year period.

i That Operating Company shall, to the best of its ability, ;

; plant, develop, replant, operate and maintai.n citrus groves upon

# the land, and perfarm such services as in its judgment are neces-

; sary in connection therewith. Operating Company may perform the ~
