duties and services enumerated herein directly or may con~ract
ior any or all services, materials and equipment. Operating
Compacly is authorized to and may commence~plar.ting, developing,
operating and maintaining citrus groves on the land immediately
upon the execution of this Agreement.

That Operating Company shall bill Owner for, and Oc,rner
sliall pay, monthly, commencing one month from the date of the
execution of this Agreement, all costs incurred by Operating
Company in performing its duties as set forth above. Said costs
~hall include, but are not limited to: interest at the rate of
6~ per annum upon sums expended by Operating Company, or such
rate of interest in excess of 6% per annum as is from time to 3

` of performing its obligations under the Agreement; all operation,
development, maintenance, farming and other costs incurred by i

market all crops upon the land through Operating Company in ac-
