Zn the event that Owner shall be delinquent in any payment or in }

nerformance of any act required herein for a period of ninety (90) ~

days or more, thzn Operating Company may, if it so desires, make ;

the payment or perform the omitted act and charge the cost thereof ;
to Owner, or terminate this Agreement; provided, however, that the
termination of this Agreement for failure of q~,mer to make the

payment or perform the act required shall not relieve Owner from F

any obligations then accrued and shall-not in any way affect or
diminish the liens hereinabove provided in favar of Operating
Company.
