Walter L, Marshall, of full age, being duly sworn accord-~
ing to law, upon his oath deposes and says:
l. Deponent makes this affidavit for the purpose of
correcting and supplementing prior affidavit of December 20, 1965.
~ 2. Anna M. Smith and David Smith, her husband, have made
the following payments on account of their mortgage to Katherine
} Huesser, Widow, dated August 8, 19~4, in the ariginal sum of
~ $5500.00: JanuaiYy 29, 1965 -$200.00; March 5, 1965 -$275.00;

~ and October 5, 1965 - $109.50,
~
~ 3. As of JanuarS~ 29, 1905, accumulated interest amounted
~
j to ~15~+.98, leaving a balance of the payment of $200.00 of
~ $45.02, reducing the principal to $545~+•98•
~ As of the payment on March 5, 1965, interest on the
~ unpaid nalance amounted to $32.73, leaving a balance from the
payment of $275.00 of $242.27, whi.ch reduced the principal balanc

; at that time to $5212.71.

As of ~Che payment on October 5, 1965 of $1b9.50,
the accumulated interest amounted to $182.42, leaving a balance

E of interest still owing of $12.92.

As of February 1, 1966, there remains a principal

total amount due on sa3.d mortgage including principal balance
