by agreement extending the payment time fram January 5, 1965; that
thereatter ttie mortgagors paid to Katherine Huesser the sum of $275.00
on ~iarch 19fi5~ representing the balance of the pxincipal in the
amount of $100 and $175 interest; that thereafter payment was made on
October 5, 1965 in the amount of $169.50 interest only calculated throu h
October 5, 1965; tliat the principal payment of $300 ~vas extended by the
Huesser Estate by agreement with Joseph Huesser.
S. That there is owing and unpaid upon the said morti~age $300
pxincipal due on August S, 19G5 and an additional ~300 Dlus interPGt
calculated on the sums from time to time owing, up through the date of
payment d~ie January 5, 1966.
6. That the abovesaid payments tvere made Uy and throuqh the
account of the deponent and are all of his very o~vn knowledge and by
him made on behalf of Anna M. Carlson a/~/a Anna M. S~nith.
