EXTENSION AGREEMEN T
THIS AGREEMENT made this 7th day of Februar,Y ~
1966, by and bet~veen BEN AKRIDGE, EUGENE FULWOOD, WALTER
LUNDY, DICK McMANIJS and OTIS SMITH as and constituting t~ie Board
af Trustees of FAIRLAWN BAPTIST CHURCH, an unincorporated
religious organizatioii of Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter referred to
as OWNER, as party of the first part, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS
AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, a corporation,
hereinafter referred to as ASSOCIATION, as party of the second part;
WHEREAS, ASSOCIATION is the owner and holder of two certain
mortgages executed by OWNER on real property situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, described as:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 21, 22, 23 and 24, of NEW SCHOOL
SUBDIVISION, as p~r plat thereof on file in Plat Book
8, page 52, of the public records of St, Lucie County,
Florida.
which said mortgages and the indebtednesses thereby secured are ~
