INC., a Florida Corporat3on, hereina.fter called first party,
JOHN E. HARRIS and EMMA C. HARRIS, h3.s wife, hereinafter called
second parties and KASc~LL GROVES~ IVC,~ a Flo~:ida Go~poration~
hereinafter called third party~
W x T N E S S E T H:
tVHEREAS~ third party being justly indebted to second
parties in the amount of $170,000.00~ did execute and deliver unto
each of the second paxties its Promissory Notes dated Januas y 7,
1963 in the pxincipal sum of $85,000.00 each, plus interest, and
which said Promi~sory Notes are secured by a mortgage dated
January 7~ 1963 e ncumbering the lands thexein more particul~rly
described, and wh3ch mortgage i.s xecorded in Official Records ~

Book 54 at Page 35 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County~
Florida, said mortgage being made a part hereof by reference
just as if fully set foxth herein; and
WHEREAS~ on July 2, 1964 third party did convey unto
- first party the lands encumbered by the a.foresaid mortgage by
Warranty Deed recorded in Officiai Recorci ~ooic y~ at rage ~2y

~ of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; in which
Warranty Deed first party did assume and agree to pay said mortM
yage unto second parties; and
tVHEREAS, first party did give unto thixd party under
date of July 6, 1964 a Purchase Money Note and Mortgage in the
princ3pal sum of $134~944.53 encumbering the s,amp lands as in the
above referred to mortgage to second party; whi.ch said mortgage
from first paxty to third paxty ~s on file in Official Records
