1966 of $30~000.00 principal plus accutnulated interest~ which
payment is past due w3.th tlze 30 day grace peri.od thereunder due
to expixe. on February 7, 1966; and
WI-iEREAS, ~econd par~ties have agreed, upon cPrtain terms
and conditions, to extend the said grace per3~od under their said
mortgage for an additional seven ('7) days with third party beinc~
agreeable thereto.
1LTOW THEREr^ORE, in consideration of ~he sum of ~1.00
each_ to the other in hand paid, xecei.pt of which is hereby ack-~
nowledged~ and 3n further consideration of the premises and cove~ ~
nants to be kept and performed by first party as hexeinaftPx
specified~ it is hereby understood and agreed that the said
original Promissory Notes dated January 7, 1963 h~ld and owned
by second parties, be, and ~he sa.me are hereby modified as folZows,

February 14, 1966. A~ or before the expirati,on of such extended
grace period firs~ party agree~ i:o pay to second part3es the
principal sum due of $30,000.00 together w3th accumulated interest
~ of $5,400.00.` First party ~hall further pay unfio second parties
at the time of said principal payment an additional sum fox
interest xepresented by int+erest at 6~ pex annum calculated on
$35~400.00 from January 8, 1966 to and including the date of payM
ment. The said origi.nal Prom~ssory Notes and mortgage shall not be
