CHATTEL MORTGAGE
THIS MORTGAGE, r7ade this p~ir,t.~ day of February, A. D.
1966, by and between ARNCON, INC., a Florida corpora~ion, doing
business as Ft. Pierce ~Iursing and Convalescent Home, as
Mortgagor, and BSSBEE-BALDV7xN CORPORATION, a Florida corporatlon
having its principal place of business at 31~1 W. Forsyt;h Street,
Jacksonville, Florida, as Mortgagee.
WITNESSETH: That,
WHEREAS, the Mortgagor herein executed and de-
livered to the Mortgagee its Promissory Note ciated March 2~,
