And ~lie said Mortgagor warrants that the said ,

clear from any lien, mortgage, or encumbrance of any kind,

In the event said P~Iortgagee shall at an,y time here-
after feel unsafe or insecure, it shall be entitled to and
may take and hold possession of said mortgaged property at ~

If, however, said Mortgagee shall riot take possession of
said property for the reason aforesaid, ~hen the said Mortga--
gor shall re~ain possession and control, and have the or- ~
dinary use and benefi~ of said mor~gaged property at ~.ts
own expense as the owner thereof, until default or until
breach of one or more of the conditions of this Mortgage-
agreed upon by the parties hereto as follot~rs: i

(1) Said Mortgagor shall keep the actual possession ~
and control of said proper~y. ~

(2) Said Mortgagor shall use reasonable care and ~
diligence to preserve and keep said proper~y ~
in good condi~ion. ~
(3) Should any additional property of the kind ~
and character described in Schedule "A"
hereof be placed in, arot~nd, or upon said
real property and improvements thereon,
described herein, at any time hereafter, the
~ said additional proper~y shall remain with
' and be deemed a par~ of said mor~gage se-
curi~y, and upon request by Mortgagee, the
Mortgagor shall execute any and all further
mortgages or other security instruments ~
to encumber such additional property as
may be ?~equired by the Mortgagee fio secure
