WHEREAS, Laura M. Dollison, late of the County of
St. Lucie and State of Florid~, ~eceas~d, ~.n her lifetime made ;

and executed her Last Wi11 and Testaznent dated the 29th day of s

July, 1960, whereby~ among other things, she constituted and ~
appointed WILLIAM I. DOLLISON, as Executor of her Last Will
and Testament, and did ~hereby empower said Executor to se11
and dispose of the real estate belonging to said testatrix at ~
the time of her death; said Will was admitted to probate on
the 12th day of February, 1965, by the County Judge`s Court in
and for St. Lucie County, Elorida; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, the said Grantor, by virtue of the
power and authority given to him in and by said I,ast Wil1 and
Testament and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollar~ ($10.)
and other good ar~d valuabZe considerations, does hereby grant,
bargain, se11 and convsy unto the said WILLTAM DOLLISON, and
his assigns forever, all the real estate being in St. Lucie
County, Florida, described as fo~lows:
Begin at the Southeast corner of the parce3. of
land conveyed to Elias Matter by deed dated
September 3~, 1885, and £iled April 24, 18$6,
in Deed Book H, at page 212, Brevard County,
- records; thence run West along the South line
oE the said Elias Matter parcel to the East
right of way line of the Florida East Coast
Railroad; thence run Southerly along the East
right of way line of the Florida East Coast
