Lucie and State of Florida, deceased, in her lifetime made and

1960, whereby, among other things, she constitut~d and appointed `
~~VILLIAM I. DOLLISON, as Execator of her Last Will and Testament,
and did thereby empower said Executor to sell and dispose of
the real estate belonging to said testatrix at the time of her ;
death; said Will was admitted to probate on the 12th day of
February, 1965, by the County Judge's Court in and for St.
Lucie County, Florida; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, the said Grantor, by virtue of the
power ~and authority given to him in and by said Last Will and
Testament and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.)

• and other good and valuable considerations, does hereby grant,
bargain, sell and convey unto the said ROBERT B. DOL~ISON and
SALLY A. DOLLISON, his wife, and their assigns forever, all
the real estate being in St. Lucie County, Florida, described
as follows:
All that part of Government Lot 2, Section 19,
Township 36 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie
Caunty, Florida, lying East of the East right
of way line of the Florida East Coast Railroad
and South of a line 100 feet South of the South
