PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORT~AG3E
KNOW ALL bIEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
WHEREAS, CARL P. WILD and SELMA R. WILD, his wife,
by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the lOth day of April,
A. D. 1964, and recarded in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for the County of Saint Lucie, State of ~
Florida, in O. R. Book 87, Page 212-214, granted and conveyed
unto THE BARNETT NATIONAL BANK of JACKSONVILLE, Jacksonville,
Florida, its successors and assigns, the premi5es therein
particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of
ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND ($180,000.00) DOLLARS, with interest
as therein mentioned:
The South-half (S'~) of the Southwest Quarter
(SW4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE~~, and
the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
(NW~ of SE~) of Section 29, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, less the right-of-way of the

AND WHEREAS THE SAID CARL P. WILD and SELM.A R. WILD,
