B. Nothing herein shall probhibit Grantors trom
using said spur track; pxovided such use does
not unreasonably restrain or prohibit the use of
said spur track by. Grantee herein; provided that
~rantors sha11 not b~ prohibited or restricted
from using said spur track for continuous periads
of time of more than twenty-four (24) hours dura-
tion. '
PARCEL C :
The North 12 fe~t ot the S~ of the SE~ of the
SW~ running easterly to Cana1 No. 29 of North
St. Lucie River Drainage District and terminating
at the W~sterly water•s edge of said Canal No. 29
of Section 29f Township 35 South, Range 4G East,
St. Lucie Countyl Florida;
Grantee herein is expressly given permission to ;
use the property described in said PARCEL C for ~
the purpose of a waste disposal field and for
any related uses.
Grantee herein agrees to procure adequate public
liability insurance insuring the interests of F
both Grantors and Gzantee with respect to the use `
of the properties described in PARCELS A, B and
C above .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said Fasement or Right of
Way hereby granted unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns ;

It is un~erstood that said Easement is given upon
the express understanding and condition that the same may be
used by the Grantors~ their heirs, executors, administrators
