WITNESSETH: That the said partieSOf the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (~1.00) and

grant, bargain and sell to the said party of the second part, its successors, and assigns, a right-of-~vay in St. Lucie County,

said baseline.

Okeechobee Road (State Road 70).
