by the City Na~ional Bank of Miami, Florida, formerly ~he Industrial Savings Bank, t
does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer, and set over un~o ttie City
National Bank of Miami, without recourse, without liability for paymen~ or col- '
lection of the mortgage debt, and subject to Che right to discharge the indeb~ed-
ness ~virh bonds of the Home Owners' Loan Corporation at their face value, a certain

wife, on lands in the City of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to i
secure the payment of One thousand five hundred ninety-one and 68/100 Dollars
($1,591,68) and interest, which morCgage is recordefY4~ the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, SaCisfaction of Mortgage Book page !+87, together with the ~j
bond or obligation therein described, and the money due and to grow due Chereon
with the interest, i

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Che Assignee, its successors and assigns, '

forever, Subject to the proviso in the said indenture of mortgage mentioned, ~

Anything in Che said mortgage, any extension or modification thereof, the ~
said bond and this assignmenC ~o the contrary notwithstanding, the Assignee s
herein, its successors and assigns, shall not demand or be entitled to collect ~
interest on the assigned debt at a rate in excess of four and one-half per ~
centum per annum.

. This assignment is made to replace an assignment made by the Home Owners' ~
Loan Corporation to the Indus~rial Savings Bank, now the City National Bank of ~
Miami, dated January 4, 1951, which assignment was lost. ~
