WITNESSETH, that the said p~rty of the first part, for and in
consideratian of the sum of Ten Dollars and other va].uable considera-
tions to him in hand paid by the said parties of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknocvledqed, has granted, bargained
and sold to the said parties of the second part, their heirs and ~
assigns forever, an undivided one-half interest in the fallowing
described land situate lying and being in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, to RUPERT N. KOBLEGARD, JR.; an undivided one-sixth
interest in the following described land situate lying and being in
the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to RUHL W. KOBLEGARD, JR;
an undivided one-sixth interest in the following described land
situate lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
to FRANCES K. HARCUS; and an undivided one-sixth interest in the ~
follo~aing described land situate lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie, State of Florida, to RUPERT N. KOBLEGARD, JR. and RUHL
W. KOBLEGARD, JR. as Trustees for MARJORIE L. KOBLEGARD, to wit:
Lot 11, Block 2, of GREENWOOD, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 11, at page 41, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida;`together with certain furniture, household
goods, fixtures, appliances, tools, and other tangible personal
property located on the above real estate as per agreed list
thereof .
This Deed is given subject to a First Mortgage held by the First
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce dated September
l, 1960, recorded September 7, 1960, in Mortgage Book 168, page
35, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This Deed is given subject to taxes on the above property for the
year 1965.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the
title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever.
