Agreement for Deed recorded in O. R. Book '78, at Page 18
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, is hereby
~ in~dified as to methoci of payment, and in a11 other resgects
~•s~all remain in full farce, and it is acknoc,rledged that the

balance due on said Agreement for Deed is $12 , 000 , 00 , and
~ that the buyers shall pay to the seller, the sum of $700.00
at the time of the filing of this Mnc~;tication Agreement, and
